Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Orders and Payments
All prices on our website are displayed and charged in Canadian Dollars ($CAD).
We accept major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, interac payment, and selected mobile payment options. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible, as orders are processed quickly. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.
