At VeeTora Scents, your satisfaction and safety are our highest priorities. We craft each fragrance with care and stand behind the quality of every product we ship. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds and replacements are available, with particular attention to damaged deliveries and health or allergy-related concerns.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction with VeeTora Scents, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described herein.
1. Damaged Bottle or Packaging
1.1Â What Qualifies as Damage
We define a damaged product as any item received in a condition that is materially different from the condition in which it was shipped. Qualifying damage includes, but is not limited to:
- Cracked, shattered, or broken glass bottles or caps.
- Significant leakage that has rendered the product unusable or substantially depleted.
- Crushed, torn, or punctured outer packaging that has caused product damage.
- Missing components that were listed as part of the product.
- Visible contamination of the fragrance caused by packaging failure.
1.2Â How to Report a Damaged Item
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must report the damage within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Please follow these steps:
- Contact us at sales@veetorascents.com or call +1 (431) 792-3089 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and the full name used at checkout in your message.
- Attach clear photographs showing: (a) the damaged item, (b) the outer packaging, and (c) the shipping label.
- Do not discard the packaging or damaged product until the claim has been reviewed and resolved.
1.3Â Resolution Options
Once your damage claim is verified (typically within 2–3 business days), we will offer you one of the following resolutions at your discretion:
- Full Replacement: We will ship an identical replacement product at no additional cost to you, including shipping.
- Store Credit: We will issue store credit equal to the full value of the damaged item for use on a future order.
- Refund: We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement at our sole discretion. We encourage customers to inspect all packages immediately upon receipt.
2. Health Issues and Allergic Reactions
We understand that fragrances contain complex ingredient profiles and that sensitivities can vary widely from person to person. VeeTora Scents takes health and allergy concerns with the utmost seriousness.
2.1Â Ingredient Transparency
Full ingredient lists for all products are available on each product page and upon request by emailing sales@veetorascents.com. We strongly recommend that customers with known fragrance sensitivities, respiratory conditions, or skin allergies review the ingredient list thoroughly before purchase.
2.2Â Eligible Health & Allergy Claims
A health or allergy-based refund claim may be eligible if all of the following conditions are met:
- You experience a documented adverse physical reaction directly attributable to use of our product (e.g., skin irritation, rash, respiratory distress, or allergic reaction).
- The product was used as directed and on the appropriate surface (skin or fabric as applicable).
- The claim is reported within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- You provide reasonable detail about the nature of the reaction, including when it occurred and the area or manner of application.
2.3Â How to File a Health or Allergy Claim
- Stop using the product immediately and seek appropriate medical attention if needed.

- Provide your order number, a description of the reaction, and any supporting documentation (e.g., a photo of skin irritation or a brief note from a healthcare provider if available).
- Retain the product and original packaging until the claim is resolved.
2.4Â Resolution for Health & Allergy Claims
Upon review of your claim (typically within 3–5 business days), we will offer:
- Full Refund to your original payment method where a legitimate adverse reaction is confirmed.
- Product Exchange for a fragrance better suited to sensitive skin or free of the identified allergen.
- Store Credit equal to the product value, redeemable on any future purchase.
Important Disclaimer: VeeTora Scents is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to purchase, misuse or over-application of the product, use of the product in combination with other substances, or reactions arising from ingredients clearly listed on the product label. We recommend a patch test — apply a small amount to the inner wrist and wait 24 hours — before full use, especially for customers with known sensitivities.
3. General Refund Conditions
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, personal taste preferences, or fragrance notes not suiting the customer’s expectation after purchase.
- Used Products: Refunds will not be issued for products that have been significantly used beyond what is necessary to identify a defect or adverse reaction.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during promotional sales or at a discounted price are eligible for refund under damage or health claims only, not for general dissatisfaction.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
- Return Shipping: Where a physical return of the product is required, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer.
